A third generation restauranteur, Virgilio Garza opened Arturo’s Express in Edinburg on November 30th of 2009. Following in the footsteps of the Drive Inn in Matamoros and Arturo’s Restaurant Bar in Progreso, Arturo’s Express brings to the valley the much loved taste of these two legendary restaurants offering great authentic Mexican food, prepared with the freshest ingredients in a casual, quick service atmosphere.
